VIP reservation

Submit the form and we confirm by email within 24 hours. VIP boxes require a deposit, minimum spend (bottle service) from €80. A reserved table is held until 23:00.

Cancellation

• More than 48 h before the event: deposit refunded.
• 48 – 24 h: half refund.
• Less than 24 h: no refund.

Tickets

Tickets are sold via an external ticketing partner (linked on the event page). Purchase complaints go directly to them.

Club entry

18+. Smart casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse entry. No outside drinks, glass items or cameras.

Complaints

Email manager@neptuneclub.sk within 30 days of the event. We respond within 30 days.
